"Perfect family getaway"

We loved our stay at the Headlands, the staff were super friendly, the location was perfect nice & quiet and perfect for us to get a sleep away from the hassle & busses. The kids loved the games room and breakfast was excellent with a great choice to choose from.

Rooms were dated, with wallpaper starting to peel off. But nothing major.

Cleanliness of the room and bathroom. Friendliness of the staff. Dining room and lounge were impressive. Service and quality of food/cooking was good. Bath and hot water.

Shower in bathroom was pretty useless. Could not produce hot water and is located incorrectly.

Staff excellent, breakfast lovely. Hotel situated in easy walking distance to attractions.

Room could do with an upgrade (decorating) Mattress on double bed uncomfortable.
