The room was on the bottom floor witch was very good to know.much easier than climbing stairs in my situation due to mobility.

First of all we would like to thank Allison and Michael for their warm and very welcoming professional hospitality during our 2 nights stay in Kingston House. They have not only created a beautiful accommodation but do everything to make you feel at home. This was our first B&B experience and it was just an unforgettable stay in this beautiful lovely Victorian house, like you would see in a House and Garden magazine. Our bedroom was tastfully furnished and decorated, with a lovely warm atmosphere, super clean with all the facilities you need. The extra large bed with crisp white sheets was very comfortable. Lovely delicious breakfast with perfectly scrambled eggs, bacon and yoghurt with fresh berries. In the lovely beautiful stylish lounge with a small cheerful bar ( best of both worlds :) )we watched the final football match between England and Spain and it felt like we were at home. We could sense in every detail that Michael and Allison enjoy running a B&B. Thank you so much.

Nothing at all. It was just perfect, a beautiful home from home.

Clean , comfortable, very welcoming and good location too. The bed was super comfy . Breakfast was excellent and nothing was too much trouble for Alli and Mike. Would definitely recommend.
