Capital Guest House

It was clean, comfortable and quiet. They fit everything I needed into a compact space. It included a cute compact en suite toilet, sink and shower. This was in a quiet neighborhood just a short bus ride from the center of town; or about a 30-40 minute walk.

The room I stayed in was pretty small and not really enough room to open up the suitcase without it being in the way.

The room was small but clean and well appointed.

I think it would be good to take out some of the furniture in the room so there would be more room to move about.

The host was very welcoming. Great location. The beds were very comfortable, clean.

Hosts were very nice. The location is really nice if you are looking for somewhere with quick routes to the city centre (bus or walking) but is also nice and quiet.

A beautiful old place in one of the most quiet streets of Edinburgh - the room had everything I needed, and was a great place to relax after a long day walking around the city. Separate thanks to the host which was very helpful at all times:)

The place is a bit old, as were the appliances (which, mind you, were all in working condition) - at one point I had to google how to use the shower head which was about my age:) A small refresh of the room would be great I think

Quiet area and in guest house in general, owners very friendly and helpful.not far to walk for buses etc

Non en-suite room. Had private bathroom that was ok and for sole use.

Our host Ali was extremely helpful and accommodating. We recommend The Capital Guest House highly!
