Proche du centre ville à pieds (15-20 min) ou en bus. Accès facile pour aller randonnée sur Arthur's seat. Quelques restaurants dans le quartier avec un rapport qualité/prix correct. Deux supermarchés à proximité. Grande gentillesse et disponibilité des personnes nous accueillant. Grande chambre, lits confortables. Salle de douche un peu petite mais convenable. Rapport qualité/prix satisfaisant.

Salle de douche un peu petite et qui mériterait un petit relooking mais tout de même convenable. Suggestions : ajouter un mini-frigo et un petit micro-ondes pour se faire à manger car les restaurants sont très onéreux en écosse. Mettre des rideaux occultants pour être un peu moins gêné par la lumière du jour.

The room was fine. The host was kind. The room was cheaper compared to other venues. Buses pass by periodically to provide decent public transit.

The Internet connectivity was absolutely awful, barely usable. The *wifi signal* was fine, but accessing the Internet was awful. Even basic things like email and messaging were painful, let alone streaming. City Center is walkable, but it's a long walk, if you choose that option. The host gave me the bankcard machine to pay and provided me the option of paying in GBP or my own currency (USD). But he didn't inform me that the bank charges an almost 9% conversion fee if I choose the latter. Maybe I was expected to know this as a visitor, but I would have appreciated my host informing me of the difference between the two options when I was presented with them. I ended up paying a nontrivial increase because of that.

-good bus connection to the city center, nice and safe area, just a walk distance from Holyrood Park - the host was very helpful and well mannered - beautiful, warm room, very spacious
