Palazzo Jannuzzi Relais

We booked the junior suite for our 25th anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience. Lisa at the front desk was so kind. She not only helped us with check-in but also recommended a nice place and arranged a last-minute dinner reservation at a nearby restaurant, which made our celebration extra special. The hotel is conveniently located near everything, and the breakfast buffet was decent with a little of variety. The only drawback was some outside noise at night, which my husband found a bit bothersome. Other than that, the staff was warm and welcoming, and the hotel has a timeless, classic charm.

Location is superb, in the center of Piazza Tasso, at the core of Sorrento. You can walk to the main landmarks. The room is comfortable, well decorated and very clean. Breakfast is like in a family kitchen, good quality food and variety.

A recommendation is to include a little coffee/tea machine in the rooms. Even though you can get great coffee anywhere, sometimes, after a long day, I like to have a coffee in the room. This is an amenity included in many hotels.

The junior suite option at the hotel offered fantastic views of the Square and although with balcony doors open it gave a birds eye view and noisy ambiance, this was immediately cut once the doors were closed thanks to their triple glazing, so best of both worlds! Staff were excellent, offering recommendations and could not do enough at checking in and would highly recommend this central location, certainly would stop at this hotel again if in Sorrento. Also worth mentioning they organised one-way transport from Naples Airport via a MPV taxi which was superb. The driver was local and extremely knowledgeable chatting to us on the way to the hotel and giving us some tips. 10/10

This hotel was fantastic. The room was spacious and modern and had two balconies overlooking the Piazza. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and offer help when asked. The location was right in the heart of Sorrento. If I return to the city I will certainly stay here again.

Pequeño hotel en pleno casco histórico de Sorrento. A pesar de su tamaño reducido, el lugar desprende encanto y calidez en cada rincón. Su ubicación no podía ser mejor: rodeado de callejuelas llenas de vida, con cafeterías, tiendas y rincones auténticos a solo unos pasos. Me hospedé en una junior suite. La habitación era amplia, luminosa y decorada con un gusto exquisito, combinando el estilo clásico de la ciudad con un toque moderno y elegante. Todo estaba cuidado al detalle, lo que hacía que uno se sintiera como en casa, pero con el privilegio de estar en un entorno único. Sin duda, un alojamiento ideal para quienes buscan comodidad, belleza y la magia de hospedarse en el corazón de Sorrento.

Great location, great ac+ WiFi. Nice elevator. Reception was very helpful. We hired a driver from there to drive us to Amalfi coast. The breakfast, especially the cappuccino was great! Really enjoyed it!
