Cleanliness of the room. They change our nightwear everyday and provide us fresh towels :) so nice to be back in the hotel that is clean and organized

They don’t provide water. Guests have to purchase their own water at the near convenient store

博多駅から近く、空港へのアクセスも良いため、とても便利でした。 素泊まりでも設備が充実しています！

トイレから何とも言えない匂いがして気になりました。 あと、部屋は少し狭かったです。
