The room was lovely and comfortable with a great view of the garden. Staff and the breakfast were lovely

Location wasn't ideal for us as was a mile from the beach along quite a busy road.

"Very Nice Guesthouse Not Far from Beach"

Room was pleasant, the bed was very comfortable & with lovely soft pillows. Towels were soft with a very pleasant smell that filled the bathroom. Only small complaints was the lack of Decaffeinated coffee & tea sachets, which you now expect in most establishments. Also the small TV was stuck in the corner of the room, but this only a minor problem. The staff were pleasant & chatty & the breakfast was very nice. This is a very nice guesthouse in a nice area, with several self-catering cottages with one, two or three bedrooms available, but the nearest pub or restaurant is at least a mile away, so transport is essential, with surrounding country lanes having no pavements.

Quiet, pleasant house and grounds. Comfortable little room

Duvet too warm for me, and shower cubicle too small! Could hardly wash in there..And absent reception staff a bit eerie, all done by email.
