The property has reported that construction is currently under way at the Oxford Railway station and the station bridge, close to the property. Special Group Terms and Conditions - A booking for five or more rooms (or eight or more occupants) is considered a group booking. - Stag/hen/sports parties are not generally accepted. - no modifications or date changes less than 30 days before arrival. - cancelation less than 30 days before arrival, the first night will be charged as cancelation. - cancelation or amendments less than seven days before arrival or no show, total booking amount will be charged.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
