Really lovely place, lives up to its reputation. Really friendly staff, great room, lovely food, great choice of ales and amazing breakfast. Will definitely book here again when coming to the Midlands. Thank you for lovely stay!

Really helpful friendly staff who made us feel welcome.

No drinking water in the room, although the staff did find some when i asked. The bed and bedding felt 'cheap' and the duvet cover looked old and washed out.

"Charming old pub with friendly staff"

Warm friendly atmosphere with great staff. Rooms were clean roomy and comfortable. Food was very good particularly the cooked breakfast.

I reported that in the ground floor suite the toilet seat was loose.
