Rosebank Guest House

We were made very welcome by the friendly host. Lovely well equipped room and a comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent.

Warm, friendly welcome. Owner Caroline always ready to provide local knowledge. Room a little tired (wonky toilet seat, towel ring coming away from wall) but comfortable. Good shower. Free wifi. Furniture included desk and comfortable chair. Found TV controls difficult, but then I'm not a tech person. Excellent breakfast. Pleasant walk across park into town.

This guest house is top notch. Caroline and Barry are very friendly and welcoming...nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean and provide guests with everything they need for a great stay. Breakfasts are cooked to order to your personal taste and ingredients are locally sourced and top quality...strawberries and blueberries were particularly good when we stayed. The guest house is in a good location, about 15 minutes walk from Perth city centre where there are lots of nice restaurants and pubs as well as shops. We can't praise Caroline enough for her attention to detail and her warm welcome. The guest house is a credit to her hard work. We are already looking forward to staying there again... a true home from home.

A lovely stay in Perth. From reception to departure, Caroline was the perfect host, attentive and efficient. All parts of the property were well decorated and sparkling clean. Breakfast was great.

Caroline treated us like family. Not the cousin Eddie's of the family but the family you like and want to have around. If I ever am in Scotland again, I'm staying at the Rosebank Guest House no questions asked! And the haggis wasn't bad either. Thank you Caroline!!

We are glad that we chose Rosebank Guest House. It was clean, comfortable and provided a very good breakfast. It is located within walking distant to town with many restaurants to chose form. The best part about Rosebank was owner Caroline. She is very friendly, made sure we were comfortable, gave us good directions and suggestions on what to do and overall was just a pleasure to deal with. We would certainly recommend Rosebank Guest House. You will not be disappointed.

Caroline and Barry were great hosts, nothing was to much to make our stay great! The room was immaculate and little extras provided. Breakfast was to look forward to in the morning and I would highly recommend Caroline and Barry.s guest house and would definitely return! Very impressed!!
