الفندق مكتمل التجهيزات ، وقليل من الموظفين بالاستقبال .

التكييف غير بارد أبداً في بعض الغرف ، حيث إستأجرت (4) غرف عدد 2 غرفة باردة إلى حدٍ ما وبشكل مقبول فقط، و عدد (2) غير باردة ودفع الهواء ضعيف جداً ، كذلك موظفي قسم خدمة الغرف تعاملهم سيء جداً حيث طلبت كاسات لشرب الماء وطلبوا مني المجيء لهم لأخذ الكاسات مع الأسف ، كما لا يوجد غلاية للماء في الغرفة ، والمواقف تدفع (9) فرنك لليوم الواحد ، موظفي المطعم غير متعاونين مع العملاء حيث كلمت أحدهن ولم ترد علي البته غريبة ، كما يوجد بقايا أدوات أعمال بناء في بلكونة الغرفة ، طلبنا أثناء الحجز عدد (2) من الغرف بأسرة منفصلة وفق المعروض أثناء الحجز ولكن بعد وصولنا إستلمتا الغرفتين بدون أسرة منفصلة وإنزعجنا من التأخير في فصل الأسرة على حساب وقتنا وراحتنا ..

Das Zimmer war sehr gross und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Es ist hatte keinen Balkon. Die Bezeichnung "Bike-Hotel" trifft nicht wirklich zu. Kein abschliessbarer Velo-Raum, wenig Infos zu Bike-Touren.
