Hotel Suisse Genova

Sehr netter und freundlicher Empfang und Aufenthalt. Zimmer mit Klimaanlage und Balkon. Sehr gemütlich. Zentral gelegen, daher auch Parkplatzprobleme. Aber sehr gern wieder. Empfehlendswert.

Bütün Avrupayı gezdim ilk defa pasaportuma el konuldu. Otel giriş- çıkış saatleri sıkıntı 9dan sonra resepsiyon yok dışarıda kalırsınız. Odada tuvalet yok ortak kullanım. Burada yazıldığı gibi buzdolabı yok bunları bilerek gelin. Çalışanları iyiydi şehir tanıtımı hakkında yardımcı oluyorlar. Kesinlikle aile ve kız arkadaşınızla gelinecek bir otel değil hatta burası otel değil apart.

We booked a room, then we called to ask information about our parking and they said that there is no room available even if we already were charged. Then they sent us to another hotel which was cheaper (we had already checked it and they paid for us, but they don't refund us the price difference. However, the other apartment was in a worse area. The hotel was OK but the area not the one we wanted. Not suggested

Very convinient location close to train station and city center. Although there is no breakfast available at hotel there are many coffee shops near by. Room was big and comfortable for 4 but bathroom too small and noisy . Overall very good price and very convinient to use Genova for day trips to surrounding area.

We stayed at this hotel for four nights, as a base for exploring Genoa and the Cinque Terre. On the plus side, the location was convenient, within walking distance from both the city centre and the train station. The room was spacious enough but the shower was extremely small, barely enough for a normal-sized person. The most annoying aspect was the existence of too many confusing rules regarding check-in, check-out, room keys etc, all arising from the fact that there is no night lobby service. What's worse, these rules were often communicated to us in a bossy and rude manner from some of the staff. The management should understand that people coming to the hotel for holidays do not like to be bossed-around and want their stay to be simple and relaxing. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience.

The Hotel was perfectly clean and comfortable. Will definitely return. It is of course in an old building (as you would expect since about 99% of the buildings in genova are old buildings). That is what makes Genova so interesting.! Staff was so accommodating and nice. Internet worked great. Everything was perfect. It is not even worth mentioning as these kinds of Hotels simply have small bathrooms - but just so that nobody can say that I was not honest. . . the bathroom is small - the shower is very small - and none of that matters. It is all perfectly adequate.

Ottima posizione e servizi, accettano gli animali e quindi perfetto per brevi soggiorni

Petit confort, dans un ancien appartement transformé en Hotel, pas de salle a manger pour le petit déjeuner, propre, bien pour une nuit au centre de Gênes. Stationnement compliqué, ou très cher au parking COIN dont l'entrée est dans la rue inocenzo frugoni, en face de l'hotel.
