Very friendly stuff that speaks English. Small but nice rooftop pools, very good location. Very clean.

Our room (room 9) was a bit noisy (noises from hallway and restaurant).

Établissement très bien situé. La piscine sur le toit est vraiment un plus pour se rafraîchir, et la vue y est belle. On peut en profiter dès le matin au petit-déjeuner

El tv no funcionaba y me cambiaron de habitación. El sr Andrés muy atento! Me hizo más accesible la obtención de agua caliente para la mamadera de mi bebe. La ubicación perfecta! Completo el desayuno.

Estaría bueno que tengan frigobar las habitaciones, hace mucho calor en cartagena. Deberían tener la opción de agua fresca en el desayuno.

"muy buena ubicacion, muy lindo el hotel en especial las partes comunes."

El personal es muy amable siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos.

No tenia buena señal de wifi por ejemplo en la pileta, Se cortaba.
