Property Notes

From Monday to Saturday, WE DO NOT HAVE RECEPTION SERVICE, however it is possible to receive directions or any help from 09.30 to 12.30. You will find us from Monday to Saturday and in the evening reception will open only and exclusively for new check-ins from 4.00 pm :00 to 18:00 (arrival time to be agreed). Reception may be closed on Sundays and public holidays. Guests planning to check-in or check-out outside these hours must contact the property in advance to make necessary arrangements. - Bed linen is provided by us upon arrival and weekly we offer 1 change for free, which will be delivered to you on the day and you will have to change it, the dirt will have to be delivered down to the reception. - Air conditioning is available at an extra cost of EUR 10 per day. - Final cleaning is not included and it is charged €50.00 extra. Upon departure, guests will have to dispose of waste in the appropriate containers that will be indicated to you by us. Kitchen must be left clean of any dishes.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Superb"

The apartment (5th floor) had an amazing balcony with a superb view of the sea.. The staff was very kind and flexible with the time for the check-in a big plus as booked on the same day.

Air conditioning wasn't included but it's an optional to be paid at the check-in.

Central with good local restaurants. Short walk to the beach. Air conditioning if you paid an extra 9 euros a day. Not sure where the tennis court was located! More suitable for backpackers.

"Großes Appartement in Strandnähe"

Schönes, geräumiges Apartment in Strandnähe. Sehr schön eingerichtet, großzügige Raumverteilung. Anlage befindet sich inmitten mehrere Hotel-/ Apartementanlagen. Fünf Minuten zum Strand, zwei zum nächsten Supermarkt. Halbe Stunde in die schöne Altstadt (alles zu Fuß).

Tres grand appart a deux pas de la plage municipale Beaucoup de moyennes surfaces pour les courses dans le quartier A 20 mn du magnifique centre ville historique a voir absolument Parking ferme Dommage la clim est en option: une heresie en Sardaigne au vu des températures caniculaires La plage a 300m ou qq chose du genre Mais en grande partie privatisée, le grabd dada dzs sardes, et il faut bien le dire assez moche: le bord de plage est recouvert de sorte de pelure de cocotier et autres Ca ne fait pas trop envie Preferer des plages a 15 mn en voiture Attention meme debut juillet plages blindées de monde avec un va et vient incessant de vendeurs en tout genre (mais tous gentils et pas insistants) Tres belle etape dans ce logement sympa

"Large, nice apartment close to beaches"

The apartment was large and had separate rooms and a huge balcony. The apartment was well equipped and we didn't miss anything during our stay. The only drawback from our point of view was the additional cost for air conditioning - all our other stays in Sardinia had it included in the price already
