This property was a bit dated and needed proper ventilation in the main lobby. Unfortunately, as soon as you walk into the main lobby you are bombarded with the smell of food from the restaurant and you're teleported to 1998 in regards to the decoration as well as being welcomed by tons of screaming children and families.

The initial room provided was somewhat dimly lit and it did not have a TV in the bedroom, the sofa in front of the TV in the living area was not big enough to seat two adults very comfortably. We were subsequently moved the following day to a much brighter room with modern bathroom fittings and we wish we had been given this room in the first instance

Early Check In was given without even requested it. Pedro Rojas on Front Desk was excellent throughout as well as Bellmen Julio and Jair. The hotel is in a decent condition however it needs some update works and definitely to improve the WiFi service in all areas (it’s complimentary but slow and you can see people in some areas chasing for the best spot... I was one of them). Breakfast has a good selection of fruits, juices, breads and some cold cuts however a live station for some omelet would be a great asset for them.
