Beautiful location - lovely shady garden, easy walking distance to a fine beach. the lodge was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and helpful.

Walk to breakfast not ideal in colder or wetter weather.

Beautiful gardens and rooms that were equally relaxing and well decorated. Conveniently located 3 minutes walk to the beach and beach front restaurants. Peaceful location with no noise disturbances. We loved that our breakfast was served beachfront everyday. Staff were so helpful and polite, very thoughtful contact before our stay and throughout. Room was clean and spacious.

It’s a place to unwind and relax but if you’re looking for a social accommodation with music or a bar on site it might not suit your needs.

An enjoyable stay, friendly staff, affordable laundry service. However the hotel room is slightly dated and gardens unkempt. The restaurant is actually on the beach not at the hotel so you have to walk about 7 minutes to get there. Some minor issues like a leak in the bathroom tap which flooded the bathroom floor and only one roll of toilet paper which meant we ran out but otherwise a good stay.
