The room was excellent. The owner and his wife were very friendly and even offered for us to leave our backpacks in the room on the day of our check out. Not only were we hosted with professionalism, warmth and kindness, but our room conditions were quaint, modern and memorable. The view from the top floor was tranquil and beautiful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to have a peaceful, comfortable and overall wonderful vacation or business traveling experience. The wifi was so great that if you are traveling on business, you can get a lot of work done. I had to use the wifi for long periods of time for a class that I was taking online and I had no trouble at all. This hotel was also located very close (5min walk) to the beach which was nice. Overall, I really enjoyed myself and appreciated the amenities such as a tea/coffee maker, quaint bathroom, bedroom and balcony!

No pool, but other than that it's a great location. There is no on site parking, but only 1 or 2 days we struggled to park on the street outside - it is narrow as all the little roads in Santorini are, but there is ample public parking approx 100m from the Villa. Hosts are super friendly and always willing to help, place is clean, air con is free and works well, small and basic but perfect if like us you spend more time enjoying the Island rather than living in your hotel room.

Quaint hotel in a part of Santorini (or Thera) that isn't all cliffsides covered in white-walled structures. The room was clean. The staff were welcoming. The walls are thin - like you can clearly hear people's conversations through the walls, if they are outside speaking in a normal voice. The beds are...horizontal. We felt some of the springs. Overall, though, the hotel was fine. We didn't come to Perissa to stay indoors, we came for the black beach, and the hotel is located very close to it and the row of bars and restaurants that service the beach.
Property was clean and well kept. The staff was freindly and helpful. It was a short walk to the Perissa and the beach. The bathroom was small and the water was salty. The location was great, close walk to stores and restaurants and the beach. All and all a good place.
fabulous stay in Santorini, close to everything in Perissa, beach, cafes and restaurants. Needs a bit of modernizing, bathrooms could do with an update, there is no pool, but the room was spacious enough and privacy was secure
