位置好，离地铁近，去景区方便。买了里斯本卡（推荐）非常方便，交通和好多景点免票。卫生间非常大，还有个花园挺好的！前台服务友好。

Great staff. Really helpful. The location was a little further away from where we wanted to be but it was okay. Still within walking distance!

The surrounding area of the hotel is dirty. Not as pretty as the rest of LIsbon area.

La disponibilité pour un accueil tardif malgré le retard de mon vol. L’emplacement proche du centre et du métro. Le jardin de l’établissement est très sympa.

Stayed here for 5 nights during our time in Lisbon and overall found it to be a good budget stay for the price paid ☺️ The location was convenient and felt very safe even at night. Yes, the accommodation is uphill, but honestly that’s pretty much Lisbon in general 🤣 so we didn’t find it to be a drawback at all. One surprisingly memorable thing was actually the water pressure and temperature in the shower. After long days of walking around Lisbon’s slopes, it genuinely felt amazing hahaha. There’s also a common space on the first floor with food prep facilities and a fridge for storing items, which made breakfasts very convenient. We also enjoyed interacting with other travellers there from time to time. Supermarkets like Lidl and Continente are nearby, and there are many great food options around too (Norling became our favourite spot during the stay 👀).

In terms of areas for improvement, the towels felt quite worn from usage. We also realised housekeeping/towel replacement does not happen on Sundays and public holidays, which became a bit inconvenient because the toilet uses older piping, so used toilet paper has to be disposed into the bin instead of flushed. Over a couple of days, this understandably became less pleasant.

A acomodação estava muito limpa, organizada e confortável. O quarto era espaçoso, a cama muito boa e o ambiente silencioso para descansar. A localização também é excelente e o atendimento foi muito atencioso.

Nada de relevante a apontar. Apenas pequenos detalhes que poderiam ser melhorados, mas no geral a experiência foi muito boa.
