とても心地よい快適な滞在になりましたお部屋はシンプルでありながら使いやすい配置で清潔感溢れていましたお部屋のグレードアップも思わぬ嬉しい誤算でありがとうございました部屋食の際のプレートやボウルも快く対応してくださりスリッパの補充に関してはこれまでないくらいで気持ちよく利用できました会員サービスのドリンクも使い勝手がよくて強いて言えば紅茶があったらと思うところですあまり土地勘がなく決めましたが地下鉄やバス利用も便利で昔ながらの市場や狸小路のアーケードも味があり暮らすように滞在できました秋にパリのマリオット系のホテルを宿泊予定で期待値が上がります伝説となるだろうライブに娘と参戦！札幌に当選してよかったと思えるこちらのホテルも最高でした！また旅行する機会があれば是非再宿泊したいと思います

強いて言えば宿泊前に道の積雪状況（スニーカー可能か）を問い合わせしたのですがお返事をいただけず出発を迎えてしまいました

料金だけのことはある高級感のあるホテルでした。清潔感があり隅々まで気配りがされていると感じました。バイキングも種類も多く、とても美味しかったです。

カードキーのことをもう少しわかりやすく教えて欲しかったです。エレベーターで戸惑いました。
