Overall, the stay was very good. However, the bathroom—specifically the shower—was quite small, and the water pressure was poor, which made showering somewhat difficult. The breakfast was satisfactory; for €15, there was a reasonable variety of options. That said, it was surprising for a four-star hotel not to offer fresh orange juice. The location was excellent.

I was dissatisfied with the attitude of some of the reception staff, in addition to the slow service provided to clients who were waiting. After completing my check-in, I requested a taxi to go to Hospital de Santa Maria. A Brazilian receptionist made a phone call and informed me that the taxi would arrive in four minutes. However, more than 20 minutes passed and no further action was taken. The explanation given was that Lisbon experiences heavy traffic at 6 p.m. As a result, I arrived late for my hospital appointment. This reflects a significant lack of responsiveness in addressing client needs during unforeseen circumstances. This is not the first time I have experienced such an issue, and it has occurred previously with this same receptionist.

I was expecting that people staying at the hotel would have parking included without fees.
