The rooms are small but with good facilities, I was unable to try the breakfast so can't comment.

Rooms are not directly accessible after elevators, you have to climb up or go down a few steps to reach the room.

This hotel was a real highlight. It’s run mostly by women, and the atmosphere they create is genuinely special. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive, making you feel at home from the moment you arrive. We ended up staying here longer than planned after getting stuck in Mumbai due to the situation in Iran, and it turned out to be the perfect place for that. The room was cosy and comfortable, with a lovely view of a tree and good AC. There’s a clear attention to detail throughout, with a thoughtful, personal touch that really stands out. Small gestures made a big difference, like leaving cookies and juice in the room after cleaning. They also offer foot massages by visually impaired therapists, which is a great initiative and a unique experience. The location is very good, in a safe area with nice restaurants nearby, and it felt comfortable for my girlfriend to walk around alone. Breakfast looked excellent, although unfortunately I wasn’t able to fully enjoy it due to stomach issues.

The elevator is quite noisy, although it’s not really an issue at night as it’s not in use.
