1. Breakfast is just awesome! Beats any 5 star hotel breakfast hands down. I have never seen fresh Amla and beetroot juice and kothmiri wadi in any hotel breakfast buffet. 2. Location is perfect at the confluence of 5 of the most upscale streets in Bombay. 3. Staff are super nice. 4. Trendy, stylish, modern.

1. Low ceilings in the entrance / lobby areas. Bumped my a few times, especially at Reception. If you are over 5'8", it will be a challenge. 2. Very limited storage if you are staying for more than 1-2 days. 3. No counter space in the bathroom and shower.
