Good location. Hot springs facilities good. Room was lovely.

The pillows provided must be the worst pillows of any hotel I have ever stayed in. They had zero support and we all woke up multiple times during the night to readjust them and try to get comfortable. They actually sell these pillows in the gift shop, so I presume some like them, but we all thought they were horrible.
