"Excellent stop off for one night and easy access to Laon."

Comfortable, clean room. Not very big, but fine for a one night stay. Big car park. Good breakfast. Lovely friendly staff. Good location for a walk into Laon, although it is a steep uphill walk! There is a large German cemetery nearby which we passed on our walk into Laon. Worth finding.

"Circumstances meant I stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, most of the time everything went well,"

Air conditioning hotel bed comfortable room and breakfast very good but on our last day you had a large coach load of people in, and the Staff couldn’t cope. Seriously undermanned so much so that we had to help clear up after the coach people left. The coffee machine had run out of milk Not enough dishes, cutlery cups trays to accommodate the rest of the guests. 3days were very good which indicated that that last day was not the normal. Manager should have arranged extra staff to be on duty for breakfast.

Ontbijt dat s'morgens om 8.30 uur al volledig op is ???? Geen kaas, geen fruitsap, fransbrood. Niets meer. Als je een grote groep hebt die bleef slapen, zorg je er als manager voor dat er genoeg voorraad is.

"Poor value for money!"

Access from motorway / parking good

Breakfast was diabolical!! Very poor offering ! Very short staffed and the one member was trying her best but very frustrated as couldn’t keep up with demand ! Bake off bread still frozen in the middle of loaf when cut ! Conversations with other guests about quality of eggs (floating in water) overall worst breakfast ever !!!

"Hotel globalement agréable mais un peu cher pour ce type de ville"

L'espace restauration/détente très bien aménagé et agréable

Petit déjeuner au choix sommaire. Produits basiques. Chambre un peu exigu. Finalement les chambres non rénovées semblent plus grandes que les rénovées. SDB - espace lavabo étriqué
