"if the bed was comfortable, it would be ok"

location was perfect. price was good.

bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. noises in the room all the time. even though the shower surround was new, it was dangerous, very slippery. room doors were loud closing.

Exterior of building was unkept, grass was tall. Refridgerator froze our food. view out of our room was a dumpster within 10 feet. Room smelled of smoke although it was a "non" smoking room. A/c unit was extremely loud. Room and bed... just not comfortable....

The toilet flushed. The ac worked.

Beds were supposed to be queens, they seemed smaller than full size. Full size juniors? Room was just okay, not okay for nearly $300.

American Girl at front desk was amazing.

Breakfast had a lot to be desired. Hate pancakes. Not a lot of non carbohydrate options. Some work was being done in hallway and it was never cleaned up.

Bananas, coffee and yogurt was called breakfast.

Left one day early due to a sudden illness with family we were visiting in the area. Can I get a refund for 1 night? Manager said to contact you directly. Thank you.

"Room clean when we arrived, then downhill, will recommend against staying at that location."

Breakfast was satisfactory

No cleanup between night one and two. We were never informed that this would not happen! Also, no place to hang clothes! I have never seen that in a motel. Had to wind up hanging stuff on the shower curtain rod. Unbelievable!

Nothing. This place was closed for remodeling and we were not even notified!

There was no staff there when we wanted to check-in. The hotel was closed for remodeling and we were not notified of this.

Staff were wonderful and location was really convenient for our stay. We made this reservation a couple of weeks before our stay so I appreciate the availability.

This is an older hotel. It desperately needs some love. The room was in way better shape than the hallways/entry/stairwells, which i was thankful for. But its a rough looking hotel. I am pretty sure there's no elevator and their doors are not automatic so I dont think its accessible to individuals who need those accommodations. Our shower was so slow in draining that we ended up with water up to our shins. The AC in our room was quite loud at times as well.
