Rico desayuno, buena calefacción del hotel en general, exquisito jacuzzi y el personal muy atento. La habitación era espaciosa, buen baño, amplio y limpio, siempre aromatizado

Precio del restaurante, debería ser un poquito menos en relación a lo que era

"Acogedor lugar cercano a Santiago"

El lugar en general muy lindo, bien ubicado, las instalaciones buenas, el espacio de la piscina muy bien, el sector de la piscina temperada muy bonito. El restaurante acogedor y pese a que no había gran variedad, la comida muy bien lograda. El lugar muy bien calefaccionado para el invierno. Cercano a Viña RE, vale la pena conocerla.

No usamos la piscina temperada porque no teníamos bata o pantuflas desechables. Como sugerencia podrían cargarlas con un valor módico o prestarlas solo a solicitud del pasajero. La atención en el restaurante el día que llegamos no fue muy buena, algo básica, percibimos que las personas que atendieron no se manejaban bien y como llegamos al tope del horario, percibimos cierta molestia. Y por último la cama, no estaba bien, se movía y se corría, tratamos de ajustarla y no funcionó.

"Solo volvería en época de verano"

Poco ruido, detalle de hervidor con te y café en la habitación, buen desayuno

Mi idea de visitar este hotel fue tener acceso a una piscina temperada y el agua está fría para el clima externo que había, estaba casi a temperatura ambiente Solo funcionó la piscina pequeña y había bastante gente allí

"Hermoso lugar rodeado de naturaleza, ideal escapada romántica o con amigos."

La piscina y jacuzzi son muy ricos y el lugar muy lindo. Nos hicieron un masaje de relajación excelente (Magda) . El restaurante rico y agradable para conversar. Habitaciones amplia y bien calefaccionadas. Linda vista hacia la piscina exterior y cerros.

Zancudo que no nos dejó dormir. Sugerencia sellar mejor las ventanas para que no entren por rendijas,

"Beautiful property and a great place to stay while visiting the Wineries."

The property is beautifully maintained with two pools, one indoor and one outdoor, with a hot tub and sauna in the indoor pool area. Room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good, several options to choose from.

It was a little outside of town so not walking distance to shops or restaurants. The dining area is beautiful but was closed on the Monday evening I was there which no one had told me about so had to catch a taxi to town.
