Hotel Casablanca Spa & Wine

Único ponto que gostei foi o jantar servido no restaurante do hotel .

Recepção sem preparo para atender brasileiros, poucas ou nada de explicações. Café da manhã péssimo com apenas 1 escolha por hóspede( ou iogurte , ou torrada…) roupas de cama sujas, vazamento de água no vaso sanitário do quarto, dependências sem manutenção, muitas coisas quebradas e muito sujo( vaso sanitário do banheiro próximo à recepção não tinha tampa da caixa acoplada então colocaram uma tábua de madeira), e para fechar com chave de ouro não tinha recepcionista para fazermos checkout, tivemos que esperar mais de meia hora para vir uma moça da cozinha para entrega da chave do quarto.

This establishment is very outdated. I am sure it was once a luxury place to stay. Little repair and upkeep in many years show. We had warm water for shower the first of the three days we stayed. Cold showers next two mornings. There is no housekeeping so your garbage can in the bathroom does not get changed. In Chile, no toilet paper goes into the toilet.This garbage can has no lid. There is an outside pool, but not heated. The inside pool is Luke warm to cool. The hot tub was not hot. No one used these facilities the three days we stayed. I scheduled a massage as there was a spa. Big mistake! Not the spa atmosphere I am used to. No music, smells of a usual spa. Only paper and worn towel on massage table. The girl that did the massage basically rubbed cream on my arms,legs and back.. Not a true massage. We had asked for a guided tour to a near by city, but after the massage, I cancel that quickly. My husband is Celiac and I told them far in advance of his diet for breakfast. He had gluten free bread for toast the first morning, but after that was told someone else ate all the gluten free bread so there was none left. No apologies. The system to order breakfast leaves no room for choice. You sort of get what you order after much asking. The room was dusty, and floor very dirty. The skeleton key for the door did not always work. Not an enjoyable stay. Would not recommend or would go back!

La piscina temporada, el masaje, el jacuzzi en la habitación. La cercanía con mi casa . La cama muy comoda

Deficiente el aire acondicionado de la suite. Mucho ruido de la carretera junto a la habitación. Mucho ruido de camiones. El happy hours del bar era deficiente. Mucha agua en el cóctel
