"Good location with quirky rooms."

Spacious rooms with central location. Easy walk to lake, shops and restaurants.

Jacuzzi tub jets and heater malfunctioned but staff quickly responsive and fixed everything.

Staff very friendly. Carpet smelled really bad. Not stable water temperature so one of my kids ended up getting burned as he was taking a shower. No vent fan in bathroom so our towels never dried. The shower head sprayed water all over the place. I wish there were some simple soap/shampoo dispensers on the wall of shower. There are no wardrobes or anything other than a closet, so youโ€™ll have to live out of your suitcase, on the floor. AC/heater is super loud, and is next to one of the two beds so whoever sleeps there will wake up super dehydrated. Please give access to the office so we can use the water filter, and install a coffee machine/tea machine. Great location.
