Good reception and staff

The whole hotel needs a massive refurb. Bedrooms were poor, but bedding and towels were clean

Comfortable bed and room size. Strong wifi signal. A good place for a couple of nights. Nice bar and restaurant outside the hotel

The bathrooms need renovating. The poor quality breakfast, lacking in choice for vegetarians but the salad was fresh. The staff looked exhausted.

Becouse as per the mentioned in hotel in benefit’s not there specially no pub and spa

Checking in was efficient.

Breakfast on Sunday was good but was limited on a Monday.

The rooms at RKH are a little dated and tired, but adequately comfortable and pleasant, especially if only for a short stay, as ours was. Beds are big and comfy. Pool is the highlight. Breakfast is a bit so so, with a limited selection, but it was at least included in the price.

Staff were not always very helpful or courteous, but again - not bad, either. One thing that was a definite let-down and something to consider before booking, is that the restaurant was closed from 9am to 6pm. God knows why. Thailand!
