Great staff and pool. Excellent location and lots to eat nearby. Really good hotel.

Our room was very spacious with a big comfortable bed.

They lost a t shirt of mine doing laundry and had a to keep on at the receptionist to check(never got the t shirt back and received 0 compensation for this or the bag I gave them the laundry that he told me multiple times he’d return it). We were asked both evenings what time we’d want our breakfast to which it always came an hour and a half earlier than requested, not to much of an issue with this but feel there’s no point asking if it’s not going to come at the time asked(the breakfast was below average). No hand soap in the bathroom.

Room was nice and cleaned every day. Communication with staff not very good, No lnformation in room about anything Didn’t like location no pavement,s to walk along outside hotel and so much traffic, fell one day stepping back to avoid the bikes
