Room size good, but could do with some maintenance. Liked that there’s tv and a fridge in room

Could use some maintenance: loose floor tiles in my room. Towels worn. Staff on day 1 were nice, the next day, the crew were not so nice.

It was away from the super busy areas but there was still everything nearby that was needed. I loved having a ground floor villa that opened onto the pool area. I booked it for the kitchen which was as much as I needed.

The A/C was troublesome in my room. It made sharp noises at times that disturbed my sleep. The staff were accommodating. That A/C just needs replacing.
