Excellent location, next to an amazing coffee shop

Bed mattress to hard for me, but it is a personal preference.

Nothing, curb by road really dangerous almost broke leg should be reported to city

No desk or chair ... first time I've ever had a room without a chair. TV panel was crooked. When I entered the room the AC was set to 61F and the fridge was unplugged.

Absolutely hated this property. Dirty, found beg bugs and roaches in the room. Staff was extremely rude. Also if you go on yelp and look at reviews they actually scam you and take your money (: majority of the comments explain that they never get their deposit back including me. I’m currently going back and forth with booking.com and the hotel to get my refund back of $300 & the hotel denied any claims that the rooms were in bad condition so I’m fighting with booking to get my money back. No one seems to know anything and the hotel has been ignoring any claims and refuse to give me my money back mind you when I went to cancel my reservation there were cops at the front task dealing with the same complaint and the hotel didn’t want to give them their money back so the cops got involved. Customers had pictures of how uncleanliness the rooms were

The Front desk person was pleasant and the check in process was efficient.

The Deadbolt on the room required a bit of Force in order to close the door and engage the lock.
