"Good"

They don’t inform you in advance that parking has to be paid. They only tell you once you arrive. Also, my room has a water leak coming from the ceiling, right above the toilet.

Close proximity to the airport and the beaches.

The cramped rooms, uncomfortable beds and the leaky faucet. The fact that you had to pay for parking per night.
