Nice location - quiet part of the city, at the river. Walking distance from the center. Good bus connection to main sites. Family mart and nice coffee shop on the same street. Rooms are spacious, spotless clean. We had extra futons to make it even more comfortable Onsen was nice addition - two premises for women and separate two for men Reception were extremely helpful sending our luggage back to Tokyo.

We loved it. Teens were complaining about the wifi speed, but they are used to a different standard.

Well, we chose the facility to experience a traditional Japanese style room and honestly we did! It's difference experience. I think the hotel is nice and located in a quite place. The sleeping experience on "futons" is nice. The staff was very kind and helpful. Plus, the public bathroom (onsen) was another experience that we loved. We didnt try the breakfast so no comment about it but the overall experience is awesome.

Good location - close enough to walk to the center but also far enough to be quiet. Staff was super nice and helpful. Washing and dryer available. Breakfast had a lot of options. Free coffee.

While the kids loved the sleeping on the floor experience it was a little bit uncomfortable for us adults. Price was a little bit on the higher side when compared to other places we have stayed in Japan but it was also the high season so maybe that's expected.
