Sublime Samana Hotel & Residences

El lugar es muy bello, tiene todos los servicios necesarios. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y eso es muy ventajoso al viajar en familia. El restaurante es muy muy caro, la verdad los precios no muy elevados, teniendo en cuenta que no es un todo incluido ves con la idea de que el presupuesto se duplica con las comidas. La gente es muy amable y servicial, lo únicos que no cumplieron las expectativas es el personal de Recepcion. Al teléfono no estan pendientes del Whats’up, hasta 3 veces solicitamos que el aire no iba en la habitación y nos dijeron que si que ya lo revisaban, nunca hubo atención a este tema. De las excursiones no tienen la información efectiva y tienen que llamar para confirmar y al final es que no hay excursión disponible. Nos dijeron que nos harian llegar la información de las actividades (para niños, porque les preguntamos y curiosamente no sabian) nunca nos llegó la información. Mi hija no hizo ninguna de las pocas actividades que había disponibles por falta de información. Si vas con niños no hay actividades, no hay espacios de entretenimiento, es un plan muy de descanso y desconexión en una bonita playa. Pero diversión como tal no hay.

The stay at Sublime was ok not bad at all but i think they need to tweak it up a bit as far as Dinning options, the prices of their meals are a bit pricey for what you actually get. Property is not that big but private and quite, took jacuzzi person at least 3 trips to get everything clean and set up. But overall we enjoyed the stay.

Sublime is a small luxury hotel which I consider one of the best in service and accomodations in the Samana area. The staff is very nice.

Very relaxing property which feels exclusive and has a unique design. We had a couple technical issues the first day and they took time to get resolved (missing tv remote, safe battery dead..). Service is overall good. Property needs a bit more rigorous maintenance and more visible management on site. Great place to get away and relax in front of a beautiful beach.

The property is beautiful with beautiful suites. I stayed in a one bedroom suite with a living room, guest bathroom, kitchen and large balcony overlooking the pool. Overall the hotel staff was great. The menu options at the restaurant were limited in my opinion however they did very well with accommodating me with my requests which were not on the menu. The grilled lobster is awesome 😋 The resort is so quiet you can hear a pin drop, it’s truly a place of peace and tranquility. I was a bit bored after a while so I bought a day pass for the all inclusive hotel next door which had a lot of fun activities and entertainment at the pool and beach. I would definitely go back

They stay was amazing, staff is very friendly and the best thing was that I have a Tesla and they were kind enough to save me a spot next to a 110 outlet for me to charge

Beautiful yet overpriced hotel. If you come for the beach - you better off staying at Coson. If you come for the comfort and fancy then you will miss expected level of privacy. Only very few rooms will see ocean from the balcony yet all the neighbors will be seeing you. Look great on paper but it's the little details like low water pressure on shower, underpowered AC, NYC fancy restaurant prices for dinner quality dishes, constantly buzzing balcony Jacuzzis, incredibly slow and constantly dropping wifi. I might be spoiled but there are better and more sophisticated options to choose from at mutch better price/ value point. P.S. If you rented a car then you got options to see beautiful Coson beach (6-8 min drive) or have a perfect dinner at multitude of town restaurants.
