A/c was not working when we checked in Not proper dusting Had to go down to reception everytime as phone not working only one person there
GBThe location and facilities at the hotel are brilliant.
We only had an issue with Lift C being next to our room. You could not sleep. All night you could hear it. They have two other lifts away from the rooms so if they switch this one off at night, it’ll give the guest on each floor great sleep. Just a recommendation. Thanks
