"Location was great but our overall experience not up to par."

Location is very good. Property was quiet and clean. Bedding nice.

We were not overwhelmed by view out of rear window. We looked out on an abandoned property, overgrown not cared for at all. Discarded trash was visible. Internet connection and movie streaming not what we expected. Coffee and snacks in lobby were appreciated, but no fresh fruit offered. Also lobby opened at 8:00am which for us is not early enough.

"it was the best stay ever"

When I arrived, I was walked to my room and given a tour of the place. I LOVED the decor, I loved the snacks and water available in the front room. I LOVED the location and that I could walk everywhere. It was very quiet there. Loved the staff. If I ever return to sante fe, I will be staying here again.
