Una experiencia mala. Al llegar la recepcionista nada atenta, viendo su celular, se enoja porque mi esposa dijo que no le entendió instrucciones de dónde llevar el coche. Al check out tuvimos que ir a buscar al personal. Estacionamiento pequeño y si no sabes te mandan a otro ahí cercano. La cafeteria de arriba bonita vista y buen pan. Habitaciones: regulis

En general bien, solo el lavabo de la habitación estaba tapado y considero que las regaderas deben modernizarse sin perder el toque del hotel como predio típico de Patzcuaro
