Hotel Boutique Posada La Basilica

La habitación estaba muy bien remodelada, pero el baño tenía defectos en las instalaciones

Muy accesible a la Basilica, a la Plaza Tata Vasco y Plaza Gertrudis Bocanegra. Muy tranquilo.con estacionamiento propio.

A mi parecer todo muy bien.

My dads room was nice but too cold. I loved the hotel kitten.

We paid the same amount for two rooms. They gave us rooms on complete opposite sides of the hotel. The room for dad was nice but cold. It took a long time and a few calls to the front desk to get someone to turn on the fireplace. The 2nd room was uncomfortable and I felt unsafe. 1st, to enter the room it was a pad lock and the only way to lock it from the inside was a measly chain lock that could easily be torn or cut off since the door was also a barn door style that left a big gap between the door and wall. The room was very small compared to the 1st room. Our bathroom was sad compared to the 1st room. The room felt more like the abandoned step child’s room. It was disappointing.

La ubicación es excelente, frente a la Basílica de Nuestra Señora de la Salud.

Para mí resultó confuso que creí que ya había hecho el pago al hacer la reservación y tuve que pagar al registrarme. También el monto de los impuestos resultó confuso.

Esta muy padre la habitación, cómoda y con ambiente relajante. Sin duda muy recomendable. El personal muy atento y amable

No me gusto que no me pude quedar mas días jaja, no tengo queja

La ubicación

Las instalaciones y la ubicación del hotel eran perfectas, muy cerca del pleno centro

Pedí una habitación doble y me dieron una suite pero tuvimos que dormir en un sofá cama y no había agua caliente para bañarnos :(

Nice play to stay, and very good location

The woman who handled our checkout was very rude and unprofessional. On top of that, there was construction work going on, with constant banging on walls and floors early in the morning, making it impossible for us to rest as expected.
