"Mediocre facilities at high rates"

Most terrible and overpriced breakfast I've ever had in my life. Staff was not very helpful, either. I would not recommend this place.

"Good Property"

The place is nicely made and rooms are also well maintained. Hotel lacks in service staff and takes too much time for food. Our morning coffee pot was full of ants and the staff was so casual aboout it. they were out of chicken and only served eggs in breakfast or Lunch. overall OK

"Not Recommended for Indians"

Our stay at the hotel was not comfortable because of partiality/indifference in behavior of attendants towards Foreigners and Indians. Attendant named Bob was ill-mannered towards Indians. Full day he was flattering foreigners. May be he thought one might adopt him and take him back :) with him to some foreign country :) Rest all was fine. Location and cleanliness of hotel was Good.

"Lovely setting closer to the beach."

A very comfortable stay. Resort is clean and well maintained. Staff are very friendly. It is very well located and hence easy to get to various other places. Pool area is lovely and is kept clean.

"Great Location"

The overall stay was good. But from suggestion point of view, would like to address to important points. A) Room service can have more scope for improvement. B) For Bill settlement, the provision for payment by credit card needs to be done as there are no nearby ATM's at Vagator area near your resort. The ATM's are either far away from the resort which is 7 to 8 km or are not in working condition. Hence payment by cash for bill settlement is a big challenge.

"Very near to Vagator beach."

Room for improvements : Food - Although Leoney takes 45 minutes to serve food, the food is not upto the mark. Indian dishes are loaded with oil and untasty.
