Late in the evening the bedroom was infested with Termite flys everywhere had to be relocated.

Tout le personnel a été très gentil et serviable. Bien situé, au calme et avec le chant d'un oiseau qui était plutôt agréable lorsque l'on se détendait au bord de la piscine. À 5 /10 mn en Bolt/grab du centre d'ao nang beach et du night market landmark night market. Un 7 eleven juste à côté.

Tout était très bien, le seul petit point negatif qui pourrait peut être ennuyer certaines personnes, loin de tout à pied ( centre , plage, temple, etc) surtout sous cette chaleur. Mais aucun problème car tuk tuk, taxi,bolt,grab.

Un véritable havre de paix ! L’hôtel est magnifique et le personnel est vraiment exceptionnel, toujours attentif et très professionnel. L’emplacement est idéal : proche des commerces tout en étant légèrement excentré, ce qui permet de profiter du calme. Nous étions 6 personnes et avons eu la très belle surprise d’être surclassés dans une villa. Un immense merci pour cette attention qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Nous avons passé un moment absolument merveilleux et nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir. Merci infiniment pour cet accueil et cette expérience inoubliable !

The setting was very tranquil and beautiful grounds .

The staff were friendly and warm. The deck in our unit was probably one of the best as it was shaded and overlooked the pool. The gardens in the surrounding property were well maintained and very serene.

It is in desperate need of some maintenance. The bathroom sink kept plugging and was peeling away, the floorboards were separating, the entire unit was slanted so things kept falling over, the shower drain would clog everyday and generally the entire place was outdated and needed an upgrade. Daily cleaning seemed like it was the bare minimum, often times not even providing extra toilet paper or hand towels. If they spent half as much time maintaining the rooms as the gardens, it would be much better.
