Feather pillows, and rooms need to be cleaner. The electric socket by the bed is so wore out it won’t hold your phone charger in to charge.

The property falls short of Marriott standards. The rooms are very dated, with furniture in disrepair and televisions that emit a distracting blue glow. Cleanliness is also lacking, corners and details clearly need a deep cleaning. Guest services did not deliver on their promises. At check-in, I was asked whether I preferred daily or every-other-day housekeeping, yet during my seven-night stay, housekeeping was only provided three times. Finding a front desk clerk was often difficult, as they were frequently outside on the back patio smoking. The location is not ideal unless you don’t mind driving several miles for a decent meal. On one occasion, I ordered food to take back to my room, only to find that my chicken wings order was incorrect. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not reflective of the quality I expect from Marriott.

Overall the hotel was clean and well-maintained. We stayed in a suite which was spacious and generally clean. The bed and bedding were comfortable. The shower was nice and clean. The sofa sleeper mattress was very thin but the worst was that it had a dried blood stain on it! I told the front desk clerk about it and she was shocked and refunded $25 and said it would be swapped out but when we returned that evening it was not. So the entire purpose of booking a suite to have a separate sleeping space in case my spouse snored ended up being a waste of money. There was no housekeeping services during our stay and they only provided two towels, washcloths and hand towels so had to ask for additional ones. The hotel put the burden on the guests instead of stocking appropriately or providing services. When we asked for dining recommendations the first night the front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. She gave several suggestions and we enjoyed one of them. The next night a different clerk just handed us a list and barely spoke. Overall I wouldn’t stay again.

I love the location. The staff is friendly. It’s very safe.

I hate the direction they have the bed. It’s hard to see the TV and we stay here a lot. Otherwise I wouldn’t complain and the pillows are horrible. You might as well just sleep flat on the bed.

A lot of mold in the bathroom and sheets would come up every time you moved!
