Just average.

Looks fine from the outside and that’s it.

It was expensive. The room was not clean. Dust everywhere. Sheets were ripped. Bathroom was dirty. We asked to change rooms and they were accommodating. The bathroom in the second room was clean but still had a lot of dust and we had to clean it ourselves.

The room was a shoe box - tiny

The check in and check out was really quick. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and warm.

Didn't have their breakfast after we look what was being offered

Staff was not helpful when I was billed by mistake multiple times for our one nights stay. The rooms are more for longterm residents and not for over night guess. The lady that checked us in had a huge dog walking around with her should have been my first warning

The staff were helpful and professional. The rooms are not well sound-proofed. We listened to our neighbors well into the night. Why the management put customers next to each other in a hotel that wasn't even close to full was beyond us. One morning there was no breakfast except waffles and bagels which we cannot eat. Another morning there was no source of protein so breakfast was potatoes and juice. We chose to laugh about the inconveniences since it made our stay memorable!

Our stay here was good enough. The room was nice, the amenities were complete. But the lobby and the breakfast area should be cleaner. Love the location tho.

No TV guide or food guides

Property was in a great location. Clean, but our air conditioner was very poor and the omelets at breakfast were still cold. Also there was a pool, but it mustn't work anymore?!?
