"Disappointing"

If you want to use your hotspot just to use the TV because the WiFi is non-existent, a place with a pool but the pool doesn’t work, and a senseless “workout room”. Then book a night at this very disappointing hotel! Also not to mention the “one plate per customer” policy for breakfast, I didn’t even eat a full plate of food but seeing that made me want to eat 5 full plates. I’d much rather pay the extra buck next time.

"Customer service had checked out early"

Pool was closed, tv did not work, took 2 hour to get assistance, drain in bathtub was plugged. Not to mention 25 minutes to get checked in

I didn’t get my REFUND, the dirty motel I never see before I stay in a lot of hotel this is the worse ever, the guy in front dish he was stirring at me, plus the place so dirty thank god I left don’t feel safe, I wish I can my money back he said the Expedia well give your refund, other thing the guy who work there he was felty looking to,I’m not kidding here i truly wetness the place,

"Very disappointed with Williston Microtel"

Paid over $100/night for a room thats worth $50/night at best. The queen size bed took up 90% of the room. Had 2 people staying in the room it was way to small for the price

Location

I checked in while inspecting the room found what looked to be urine stains all over the mattress so I requested another room and it was just as bad I have pictures of everything I then informed them that we was canceling and going to a different hotel because I’m not having my wife and four year old sleeping in there I was then informed that I would have to pay a $98 cancel fee I said fine but after when I checked my bank statement I was charged $241.98 and then $364.08 on the same day as I left and went to another hotel. I have been trying to contact the hotel multiple times with no answer to demand a refund I would have went back in person but by the time I caught it I was already 7 hours away. Don’t stay here
