Super comfy beds. Clean. Parking in front for free. Home made cakes for breakfast. Fantastic coffee! Owner is very helpful in sharing info about everything you might want to visit. Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily. Toiletries available in room. Internet on the floor is good. Gorgeous big balcony on the floor with chairs to enjoy the sunset and breeze in the evening (in June we needed something to cover ourselves even though during the day was 30). It was perfect to rest and sleep, the air and possibilities to make room dark made it perfect. There are nets so windows can stay open even though there is forest around. It's not crowded and people are mainly visiting around so we had pool to ourselves however it is open til ll 7pm only. We loved location even though road is not the nicest to reach from main street but it's in forest on hill with lovely view.

There is not much info available so everything you need to ask the owner. I think it would be nice to get paper or message with info with Internet password, breakfast time, options for breakfast, till when is entrance open. I find it as minus that when I asked the room with a view, I was told there is none with 3 beds but later I saw that room no. 5 has view and 3 beds.

Everything!!!! We loved the place, the owner Renato was so helpful. His wife makes delicious cakes for breakfast and we had a blast enjoying the property.

Der Service war rundum sehr gut. Wir wurden auch sehr gut beraten welche Sehenswürdigkeiten am besten uns gefallen würden. Da wir Abends auswärts gegessen haben...Natürlich wurden uns entsprechend tolle Restaurants empfohlen.

Von der Hauptstraße bis zur Unterkunft ziemlich holprig, besonders Abends.

Posizione panoramica una vista mozzafiato su tutta la valdichiana si vede anche il lago Trasimeno. Pulizia e cordialità.
