Convenience to shops and malls. Food in hotel cafe reasonably.price and delicious.

Old and dirty bath tub, can’t afford to stay next time.

Nice hotel and nearer to many restaurants. Not hard to find the food restaurant here. Location is good and easily accessible too.

Suitable location, near kuantan megamall Easy to find restaurant, The hotel condition are old and need to be refurbish and renovate.

Never again. The room is smelly and not comfortable. No free parking.

Close with town. But must do sometime to make the hotel harmony

For positive comment, the room is okay, quite spacious. The thing that makes me feel uncomfortable is the cleanliness of the room. The toilet has hanging hair on the tower !! And there are dusts sticking on the bathroom curtain which is very annoying.

Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. WiFi a little weak. Pool clean with changing facilities. Surrounding area good for shops, eateries of all sorts and coffee shops. 10 minute drive from breach. 15 minute drive from bus terminal.

Close to Muslim food and Chinese food. Walking distance to Berjaya mall and Capital mall. Swimming pool use by adults and children with their clothing on. Room not upgraded. No extra power point for boiling water. No hair dryer,

For me, front line staff need to be more friendy and polite when it comes to entertain the customers. Its bad for the hotel's branding and bad words of mouth for Malaysia
