Loved the location in the vineyards, the staff were really helpful and the pool perfect. Food was super and loved their estate wines

We were on the top floor in a junior suite and given the heat, the air conditioning just about coped. The bathroom layout is also not perfect and given the top floor, windows were low down eves windows.

Everything was so perfect and with style. Great place and great location for a luxury Relax stay. Compliments to all the staff. Hospitality, kindness and make the client happy is in their everyday approach. All the best and stay like this. We will return each year, just do not change.

Nothing

Really lovely luxury property near Lake Garda with a one michelin star restaurant on site. Upon arrival we were treated beautifully by the staff, after driving up the stunning driveway, they came and got us from the parking in a golf cart to take our bags and selves to check-in. The suite was not ready, but we went to have lunch in the outdoor, more casual restaurant. It was good, some nice dishes and solid wine made on property - I personally enjoyed it a lot, not gourmet - but that was saved for dinner. We were escorted to our room after lunch and it was quite nice, large suite with a beautiful shower and nice tub. We then went swimming a bit later in the afternoon and hat a spritz - what views, it screams Italy! The dinner was splendid and walking back slightly tipsy (or very) to our room was so much better than any other way of getting home after a fancy dinner. I wish we stayed longer, but we have many places to go - next time though I would! However, this stay wasn't without errors. The toilet paper holder in the room was slightly broken, there was no body lotion in the room, and there could have been more water readily provided to the room.

Do the cooking class experience with Paulo at Nonna’s house. It was amazing. And Paulo is simply one of the best human beings! We also did a full tasting of their estate wines and that was awesome too! Great location. Excellent service! Would come back here again for sure!

The staff were all very warm, caring, and considerate. They truly make you feel at home. The property is gorgeous and you feel like you're in a special place. While we didn't get a chance to dine at Oseleta, the Cordevigo restaurant was excellent for breakfast and dinner. For your normal hotel restaurant it's a unique dining experience where you feel special and you're amazed by the food. Overall it's a very quiet and relaxing place to stay. Location wise it's also great provided you have a car, because you're a short drive to different parts of Lake Garda or to Verona.

The bed and pillows were not to the comfort standard you would expect of a hotel like this. Maybe I'm just used to soft bed and pillows in the US but these felt too firm and not of high quality. I didn't mention it but I'm sure the hotel would have tried to accommodate me better.
