No sun parasol on the balcony🙁

Great location overlooking the eastern side of lake Garda. Beautiful, modern and well equipped apartment with everything that you need. It's probably a pleasant 20 minute walk into Sirmione. The balcony is fabulous with stunning views over the lake. We'd definitely stay here again!

I was very pleased with my stay. It's a fantastic place with a great location, about a 10-15-minute walk from the old town. The apartment is clean and spacious, but what really impressed us was the huge terrace overlooking both sides of the lake and the wonderful service from Chiara at the front desk, who was always helpful and with whom we had excellent communication. Additionally, there is a nice garden with access to the lake and deckchairs, as well as an internal parking lot. They accept dogs, even large ones :-)

We went with quite a large group of 12 people and all had the most wonderful experience! Food was absolutely delicious, little ‘pearl’ scallops wrapped in bacon were the favourite of the group and the bergamot sorbet was out of this world! House wine excellent and service efficient and friendly, the position on the lake shore with a wonderful view was WONDERFUL
