Excellente accueil tardive personnes très sympathiques et souriante. Pour la question du bruit je pense que si tout le monde avait un minimum de respect pour autri on entendais moins les conversations de clients dans les couloirs ou la musique a fond. Merci pour l'accueil et vos gentillesse.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Genuinely nice, coming with advice and trying to make our visit the best. Good breakfast with REAL coffee. Loved it, coming back for next visit for sure!

"An excellent family run hotel."

It is excellent. The man gave the hiking information is much more detailed than the girl in the tourist office. Also, there was a problem about the WiFi in the first night, the man even shared his own phone hotspots for me. I was really appreciate what he did. And the problem solved the following day. The old lady is very kind too. When I went to Cauterets next time, I will stay this hotel again.
