Location was good for town and for the sea, good restaurants with spectacular views, breakfast was good.

Not a lot I don’t think.

It was a 5 minute walk to the centre of Newquay. Nick was a brilliant host, his advice of what was good to see in Newquay was spot on. The room was really comfortable and really good value.

Petite chambre très confortable. Télévision, bouilloire avec mug et sachets de thé et café soluble dans la chambre. Petite attention qui fait plaisir. La chambre est très propre. Idéal pour une pause sur le South West Coast Path, se reposer et recharger les appareils. Bien placé, très proche du Centre. Arrivée autonome, via locker

Everything. In summary, an excellent location with great hosts offering clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation. In detail: good continental breakfast selection, excellent wifi, attentive and hospitable hosts, room had good natural light with opening windows and blackout blinds, desk sized electric fan, tea/coffee/kettle and a chair so you don't need to sit on the bed. Hand soap in room and Bodywash/Shampoo provided in shared bathroom. I did not use the tv or the parking facilities. On a main road but I did not need earplugs, road noise was not an issue. 5mins or less on foot to any transport, shopping, food outlets and 10mins or less to a beach with a cafe. Newquay is an excellent base to explore other parts of Cornwall especially by car but also by bus so days out are plentiful. Newquay itself has beautiful coastline to walk and a variety of well serviced beaches so you really don't have to go anywhere else if you don't want to.

Nothing really. The bedroom doors are fire doors (regulation) and I found them a bit heavy to open. Some more hanging space would be nice. Note that most rooms are up 2-4 short flights of stairs so bring luggage that's easy to carry if you are in an upstairs room.

Amazing spot, with great hospitality. The room was lovely and comfortable, clean and functional. The breakfast was good and fresh. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the location ideal for exploring Newquay.

The shared bathroom could be busy at times but was still clean and convenient, especially with the small sink in the room.

Next to the beach, amazing owners, nice breakfast, clean and cosy
